FULLY restored in 1998, down to Bolts & Nuts including
new paint job using BMW color code ‘ATLANTIKBLAU’
and new soft top with all links and mechanism.
They all work and look FANTASTIC!
First Place and Classic Winner at Several Shows
The 1600 CC engine block and the stock 4-SPEED transmission
were swapped with a re-furbished 320i, 2000 CC motor
along with the 5-SPEED transmission.
All conversions and work were done at Carl Nelson’s La Jolla
Independent BMW Center
Ever since, the Cabriolet has been maintained under Mr. William Holmes
supervision, the founder of the BAVARIAN RENNSPORTS and, well over
thirty years of experience, located in Ramona, San Diego county.
