Memorial Day 2010 First Drive 1982 323i BMW Baur Lapisblau M20 5 speed #4154 of 4595 made. The car was imported to California by Dietel Enterprises. I have since changed the wheels, installed the clear turn signal lenses, and I am in the process of installing a new cabriolet roof. I have to do something about those bumpers, too. :) I love this car! To see one of the reasons why, check my post "Score One For the Good Guys" on 6/26/2011.

Vintage at Saratoga 2015 Part III: the 2002s!

Here are pics of the 2002 contingent at this year's Vintage at Saratoga, July 11; 2015.   I think I have included everyone that was on the main lawn, plus a couple of late arrivals parked separately.  I apologize if I missed someone.

 Scott Sislane

 Frank Greppo
It was at about this point that I discovered a great labor-saving device for identifying each car for this blog post:  Duh!  and it was right in front of me the whole time!  ;)   .......
... the windshield placards!

Tyler Kirkwood, center, and friend;  Brian Schuch at right.

This 2002 was a late arrival and parked across the street from the main lawn show.  I have no info on the owner, unfortunately.

This '02, a work in progress,  was trailered in.

The badge says automatic, but a 5 speed has been swapped in.

Here are a few '02 pics from the Sunday morning drive to Wolff's Biergarten in Albany for breakfast.   Robert and Lydia Cruz own the '02 in the foreground, and Frank Greppo's can be seen in front of it.
Taken from the opposite end we see Frank's in the foreground and Robert's behind him.  Robert is standing at the right of the pic, and Frank is in the blue shirt in the center.  Tony V. at left.
Speaking of Tony V., here is his car parked just up the street.

The following are pics from other sources, including Joe Cunningham and Scott Sislane.  Thank you for posting!

This pic is the reverse image of the one immediately preceding it.  Joe Cunningham was messing with our minds a bit.  ;)

Here are some pics posted by Scott Sislane:

That is Tyler Kirkwood and friend in the background, and Andrew Wilson in the center.

It was a great show on a beautiful day at a great venue!  Thanks to the Patroon Chapter once again for putting on such a great event!  Kudos!

Put it on your calendar for next year!
