Thomas Kirstan's 2002 Baur Cabrio Targa in Germany!

You may recall that our friend, Andreas Therstappen, sent us some pics recently from the Silvretta Classic Rally in Austria in which he drove his 1958 Cadillac Coupe DeVille.  The pics included some other cars that participated in the rally with him, one of which was a 2002 Baur Cabrio Targa.

Yesterday, I received a bunch of pics from Thomas Kirstan of Germany---- the owner of that very same Cabrio Targa! ------ with the following message:

"Hi there!
I'm Thomas from Germany and found this site a few minutes ago. Maybe you're interested in some pictures of my 2002 BAUR Top-Cabriolet.."

Our Friend Andreas Therstappen at the Silvretta Classic 2016: Black Cadillac!

Our friend and fellow Baur owner, Andreas Therstappen is participating in the 2016 Silvretta Classic Rally in Austria this week with his wife, Kristel Schild, and he has very graciously sent us some pics.  Andreas, you may recall, owns the famous TC1 Baur #000001 and Baur #004595, the first and last E21 Baurs!  He is not using his Baurs in this rally, however.  He is using his restored 1958 Cadillac Coupe DeVille!  Whoa!  Here it is:

This is a 4 day rally, btw, and here are some of the other cars participating!  Yes, there are Baurs in The Mix, of course!  

Here is one, for example. I believe that this may be a 1956 502 Baur convertible, similar to the one owned by Lothar Schuettler in Maryland, USA.
