1982 BMW 323i Baur
Memorial Day 2010 First Drive 1982 323i BMW Baur Lapisblau M20 5 speed #4154 of 4595 made. The car was imported to California by Dietel Enterprises. I have since changed the wheels, installed the clear turn signal lenses, and I am in the process of installing a new cabriolet roof. New Find: Till Meißner's #9399 in Germany!



Congratulations and welcome to Till Meißner of Germany, who sent me these pics of his 1989 Baur #B49399 today!  

 I have checked the International Baur Registry, and Till's Baur is not yet listed, so this qualifies as a NEW FIND!  





Till also sent me a message with the following details about his Baur: 
"It was originally a 316i. Now with a M20b25 build to 2,8 litres with a M52b28 crankshaft. Inside I put in the leather seats and the MT 2 steering wheel. Original with silver gray sport seats and 3 spoke steering wheel. The rear lights are original ones now."
