Very rare and appreciating classic. Had every intention of keeping and enjoying her. Unfortunately circumstances being what they are I'm forced to let her go.
Car is complete. Motor turns over but does not start. (Minor fuel issue)Body is solid and straight with minimal rust.
Interior is also very good.
Very minimal work required to get this little gem on the road. Perfect project that won't require much.
So do yourself a favor and research what these cars are worth, you'll be pleasantly surprised!!!

1957 Modified Isetta: Baur Style? $2850 Buy It Now on ebay!

Found on the 'Oddimotive' website.  Yes, it is an Isetta..... or it was an Isetta.  It has been ... er .... modified somewhat.  See the seller's text below for details.  :)   That being said, we take a look at it from a "Baur-stle- perspective:  fixed windows---check!  Fold down rear soft top?  Check!  Kind of hard to tell but it looks like that sunroof is ..... removable!  Check!

1957 BMW Isetta 300 Micro Car Project

This is a rare convertible Isetta that was cut and stretched to accommodate a Kawasaki 4 cylinder bike motor. Very presentable but not show quality. The motor runs with gas poured in the fuel line. What you see is what you get this car will need finishing but it is a very cool custom micro car that would be great for advertising among other things. This definitely gets a lot of looks. 

I've replaced the front tires so those are new, the master is new along with other brake components but it has been sitting for a few years. Both the rear top and sunroof are new. I do not have a title for this but it will be sold with a bill of sale. Vin tag is included.

Baur Replacement Convertible Roofs in Europe! All Models!!

1969 BMW 2002 Non-Baur "Cabrio" on Ebay in New Jersey

Thanks to Joseph O'Neill for pasting this 'cabrio' in Facebook today.  It is listed on ebay for $30,000! It does not appear to be a Baur, btw.  Check on the notes on the pics to see why.  This is a DIY or aftermarket chop top conversion.

Notice the curving angle where the windshield meets the vent window at the top.  The windshield on the Baur 2002 cabrios meets the fixed vent window to form a sharper angle.  Also note the hinge in the vent window, which means that it can be opened.  Baurs have fixed vent windows.
