3D Printed 2002 Cabriolet Badge! Whoa!

I found this image the other day while browsing the internet:

New BMW 2002 baur badge

I had never seen anything like this before, and I was quite intrigued.   So I did a little checking on this..... I believe that this 2002 cabriolet badge is an example of 3D printing!  I am trying to contact 'franc falco' as we speak.
