We have just received an update from Ilyes Fantar, our friend and fellow Baur owner in Tunisia! He has been doing a lot of work to this Baur, and here is a post we did last summer*.
Ilyes tells me that he and his friends, Malek Ben Arfa and Mehdi Yaiche, bought the car for fun, and have worked hard on it for the last 9 months! What a great project! Great work, fellas!
They have now finished the job, and Ilyes sent us the following pics! Congrats on a job well done! This is one of two E21 Baurs that we know of in Tunisia, btw! A very rare car there, indeed!
