Hey, Dave T's '02 Baur Targa, the Baurspotting Baur, Ed P.'s E30 Baur and the BMW 700
Baur Convertible all made it into the Bavarian Auto blog post about the huge Show and Shine event held on October 7, 2012 in Portsmouth, NH! The following pics are all from their blog.... you do have scroll down through the pics to find them.... but they are in there!
The Baurs are 4 for 4! Every baur made it into their blog! Thank you, Bavarian Autosport!
Thanks to Ken Avery, henceforth a k a "Hawkeye", for spotting them and sending me the link! Thanks, Ken!
;)
This pic was taken as my son, Brian, and I were departing the show that afternoon. We drove the 175 miles home with top down in a light rain, temp 50-60 degrees.... and stayed dry! Hard-core Baur!
;)
Or just crazy. You decide!

Dave T's beautiful 2002 Baur Targa ALSO made the BavAuto blog!
Congrats, Dave!
And, last , but hardly least, is the pic of what many of us felt was the Big Hit of the show: this 1962 BMW 700. Yes, folks that is a Baur conversion convertible! Parked in a place of honor right at the front door of Bavarian Auto! This is the first 700 I have seen up close and personal, and it was fantastic!
Here is a whole post dedicated to this car:

Here is an excerpt from the BavAuto blog today:
"With over 1,200 enthusiasts in attendance, all went smoothly and everyone had a great time. Many had their first opportunity to see rare BMWs such as an original 3.0 CS Alpina, a BMW 700, a few Baur convertible conversions, early Euro market models, BMW race cars and so much more!
