E21 Baur Spotted in Holzminden, Germany!

Thanks to our friend and fellow Baur Owner Harry B. for posting this E21 Baur spotted in Holzminden, Germany.

Anyone know this Baur?  Harry notes that this appears to be an unusual body kit.  Can someone identify it for us?
